What Makes My Approach Different

Using a patient-centric and collaborative model, I take time to listen to your concerns, understand how your pain impacts your life, and create a tailored plan that blends:

  • Hands-on techniques to ease discomfort

  • Load management education so you can pace activity safely

  • Pilates mindfulness, strength training, and movement therapy


​This approach not only reduces pain but empowers you to know what to do, how to do it, and why it matters—so you can stay active, healthy, and resilient.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals aged 15 and up, including:
 

  • People with muscle, joint or nerve pain

  • Peri through to post menopausal women needing bone and muscle health support

  • Active individuals recovering from injury or looking to prevent it, as well as looking to optimise performance.

Hi, I'm Viv.

I’ve been helping people move better and live with less pain for over 35 years. My approach to physiotherapy is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, and that recovery happens best when we work together.

As a physiotherapist based in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs, I support clients of all ages—whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, navigating menopause, or simply wanting to move with more ease and strength.
